Non-Core Telecommunications Operations & Maintenance

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a solicitation to establish a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for non‑core telecommunications operation and maintenance (O&M) services across the DOT enterprise.
