Description
The Lenawee Intermediate School District is seeking bids from qualified HVAC Contractors for the LISD 2026 Telamon/Prep Academy HVAC Replacement Project. The project involves replacing the HVAC system at the Telamon/Prep Academy Building, located on the Tech Center Campus. The project requires all labor and materials to be included in the bid proposal. A mandatory pre-bid walk through is scheduled for May 5, 2026, and bids must be received by May 12, 2026. The project completion date is October 1, 2026. Key requirements include:
• A Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount
• Familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267
• A sworn and notarized Affidavit of compliance for the Iran Economic Sanctions Act
