The City College of San Francisco seeks a qualified firm to serve as the Commissioning Authority for the Evans Center Modernization project, which includes a seismic upgrade and a spray‑booth installation. The contractor will provide fundamental, enhanced, and building‑envelope commissioning services across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire‑life‑safety, low‑voltage, and renewable‑energy systems, delivering functional testing, documentation, training, and post‑occupancy monitoring. The engagement may extend to future district projects via a five‑year pre‑qualified pool, with SLBE participation requirements for contracts exceeding $500 k.
• Perform design‑review, develop commissioning plans, conduct functional performance testing, and produce final reports.
• Deliver enhanced commissioning and envelope testing, including quarterly post‑occupancy analysis and warranty‑phase follow‑ups.
