The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive weekly rental, delivery, pickup, cleaning, and replacement service for protective clothing and operational supplies (uniforms, coveralls, slip‑resistant mats, towels, mopheads, etc.) at three CHP sites (Mission Grade CVEF in Sunol and Livermore Platform Scales Eastbound/Westbound). The contractor must manage sizing, logo application, inventory tracking, and ensure “like‑new” condition of all items, with the ability to replace lost or worn‑out gear at no cost to CHP. The agreement runs for three years, beginning November 1 2026, and includes small‑business and DVBE preference incentives.
• Initial uniform set‑up (measurement, branding, delivery) and ongoing resizing/replacement.
• Weekly delivery of clean garments and supplies, collection of soiled items, and inventory reporting.
• Required insurance, driver‑license checks for personnel, and compliance with state procurement policies (sanctions, GenAI disclosure, etc.).
