J065-- Philips Imaging Medical Equipment PMI for VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) and Corrective Maintenance services for Philips imaging medical equipment at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The contract will have a base period and four option periods, with each period lasting 12 months. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, supplies, parts, software, tools, equipment, travel, transportation expenses, and other related costs to perform the PMI and corrective maintenance services. • The contractor must have experience in maintaining and repairing Philips imaging medical equipment. • The contractor must have a team of qualified technicians who can perform the required services. • The contractor must have a good understanding of the VA's policies and procedures. • The contractor must be able to provide timely and effective maintenance and repair services to ensure that the equipment is functioning properly. • The contractor must be able to provide documentation and reporting as required by the VA.
