Description
The Town of Nantucket is seeking bids for the replacement of three 20KW UPS units at their data center. The project includes the installation of new UPS units and the demolition and removal of the existing units, battery cabinets, and batteries. Bidders must register on the Town's e-Procurement Portal and submit their bids electronically. The bid must include a 5% bid security and the successful bidder will be required to furnish a materials payment bond.
• The project is located at 4 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket, Massachusetts 02554.
• The bid envelope must be electronically submitted via the Town's e-Procurement Portal.
• The prevailing wage rates as set forth in the schedule contained in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site on April 7, 2026 @ 11:00am.
• All questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted via the on-line procurement portal no later than 48 hours prior to the bid due date.
