The City of Pawtucket is seeking a single‑prime engineering consulting firm to provide design, cost estimating, drafting, and construction‑administration services for its 50/50 Sidewalk Program and Free Tree Program. The consultant will develop cost estimates and AutoCAD sketches for dozens of sidewalk and tree‑planting applications, conduct on‑site inspections during construction, and manage payment application reviews over a three‑year contract with the possibility of two one‑year extensions.
