Description
The State of West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for plumbing maintenance and repair services for the central district. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for successive one-year periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide plumbing maintenance and repair services, including but not limited to, fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing faulty fixtures. The bidder will also be required to provide subcontracted tasks, parts, and materials as needed.
• The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
• The bidder must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, April 16th, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
• Bidders must submit their questions in writing to the Purchasing Division by April 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EST.
• The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for successive one-year periods.
