Description
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is seeking responses from potential suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase and delivery of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels. This RFP covers equipment procurement only. No installation, engineering, or construction services are included. State agencies and affiliates may also utilize this contract on an as-needed basis. The contract is awarded as a statewide contract on behalf of the State of Oklahoma’s Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES). Key requirements include:
• Providing solar photovoltaic (PV) panels to include delivery
• Meeting or exceeding acquisition specifications and requirements found in Attachment A
• Submitting a firm, fixed price for the term, including optional renewal terms, of the contract
• Including pricing associated with the bid in the bid packet
• Providing three business references from clients for whom the bidder has provided similar services
• Submitting up to the last three years of audited financial statements and up to three years of tax returns, if requested
