Description
• Provide Caterpillar parts and on‑site service for listed equipment (skid steer, front‑end loader) and any additional units added later.
• Submit hourly labor rates, travel charge rates, and pick‑up/delivery rates; pricing must be firm for the first year.
• Maintain minimum insurance coverage ($1 M personal injury, $300 k property) and certify compliance with debarment and illicit‑labor rules.
• Respond to service calls within 24 hours; issue detailed invoices containing labor, parts, dates, contract number, and requester name.
• Daily coordination with the university’s point‑of‑contact during normal business hours (7 a.m.–4 p.m., Mon‑Fri).
