Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $20,000,000

The estimated budget for this contract is difficult to determine, as the total value is not specified in the document. However, based on the scope of work and the type of research and development being conducted, it is likely that the contract will be worth several million dollars. The contractor will be responsible for conducting applied research and development studies, evaluating and developing fire extinguishing agents and delivery systems, conducting fire hazard and vulnerability assessments, and developing and validating new firefighting doctrine. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, which suggests that the total value will be significant. A rough estimate would be between $5 million and $20 million.
