The City of Cleveland is seeking a vendor to provide complete food service for a city‑wide “cook‑out” event. The contract covers supplying all menu items, packaging, condiments, beverages, disposable serving supplies, and necessary grilling equipment, then delivering them to the event site(s). The vendor must embed all shipping costs in unit prices, state delivery lead‑time in work days, and comply with Northern Ireland and wage‑theft disclosures.
• Provide hot dogs, burgers, buns, condiments, chips, beverages, water, fruits, and related disposable items in the quantities listed.
• Deliver all items FOB to the designated City location(s) and state a work‑day lead‑time for each line item.
