The City of Cleveland is seeking a vendor to provide a full suite of holiday‑season decorative services for Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and Burke Lakefront Airport for the 2026‑2027 season. The contract covers design, lease, delivery, installation, and removal of all decorative items, including artificial trees, LED lighting, garlands, and promotional displays. Work must be performed during overnight windows (9 PM‑3 AM) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with installation completed by November 18 2026 and de‑installation beginning no earlier than January 8 2027. The vendor must supply all necessary mounting hardware, ensure no permanent alterations, and provide labor rate quotations for multiple shift categories.
• Design, fabricate (lease) and install holiday decorations for two major airports.
