Budget estimate

$100,000 – $2,000,000

The NOFO does not disclose individual award amounts; it only provides the total FY 2027 allocation of roughly $6.7 million (Part A $6.176 M + MAI $0.538 M). Sub‑awards are likely to range from modest program pilots to larger service contracts. Based on typical Ryan White sub‑grant sizes, a small community organization might receive $100 K‑$250 K, while a larger regional provider could be awarded $1 M‑$2 M for multiple service categories. Therefore, an estimated budget range for a successful applicant is $100,000 to $2,000,000, depending on the scope and number of service categories pursued.
