Description
The City of Baxley is seeking a consulting firm to provide grant writing and administration services for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project. The project aims to provide sewer, water, street paving, and/or drainage improvements. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing the grant application, environmental review record, draw/disbursement requests, and other related services. The firm should have experience in CDBG programs and be able to complete the scope of work.
• The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) and other federal and state laws.
• The City of Baxley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
• Proposals should include information about the firm's history, resources, experience, capacity to complete the scope of work, and fees associated with grant writing and administration.
