Description
The State of Alabama is seeking quotations for black mail sorting trays. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and should log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time. The State reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids. The successful supplier will be required to deliver the products to the State, and the State will inspect the products before accepting them.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must not engage in the boycott of a person or an entity based in or doing business with a jurisdiction with which the State of Alabama can enjoy open trade.
• The supplier must provide verification of enrollment in the E-Verify program prior to any award.
