This requirement is to provide the JS, J7 Joint Education and Doctrine Division (JEDD) with planning and operations support to execute up to four (4) Disruptive Technical Courses (DTCs) per Fiscal Year.

The Joint Staff (JS), J7 Joint Education and Doctrine Division (JEDD) is seeking planning and operations support to execute up to four Disruptive Technical Courses (DTCs) per Fiscal Year. The courses will be in a lecture series format with a bench of six Senior Fellows and up to twenty-four Criteria Technology Area (CTA) Subject Matter Expert (SME) speakers/lecturers. The support services include providing a tailored capability statement displaying the prospective offeror’s ability to perform the PWS requirements. • The courses will be held up to four times per Fiscal Year • Each course will have a lecture series format with six Senior Fellows and up to twenty-four SME speakers/lecturers • The support services will include planning and operations support to execute the courses • The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement for the follow-on acquisition
