Description
The US Air Force is seeking a vendor to provide golf cart and UTV rentals for the Offutt AFB Airshow, scheduled for 8-9 August 2026. The selected vendor will be required to supply all requested items to exact specifications outlined in the Statement of Need. The vendor must submit a plan describing how they will meet the requirements, including specifications of parts and equipment necessary for completion.
Key requirements include:
• Submission of offers via email by 6 July 2026 at 8:00 AM CDT
• Inclusion of the solicitation number, vendor name, address, phone number, and UEI in the offer
• A statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms and conditions
• A plan describing how the vendor will meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Need
• Pricing in accordance with the CLIN structure
