Description
The U.S. Department of State is seeking a contractor to provide videowall support and maintenance services for the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) in San Salvador, El Salvador. The contractor will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, preventive maintenance, and repair services for the videowall systems located in Classrooms 1, 2, and 3, and the Events Hall. The contract will be for a period of 10 months, with options to extend. The contractor will be required to provide a quarterly report detailing the technical support and warranty work performed during the reporting period.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing 24/7 support, including on-site assistance, remote support, and troubleshooting.
• The contractor will be required to provide a service scope document stating the service level agreement, conditions, and manner of operation.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing direct factory support for all hardware and software solutions delivered.
• The contractor will be required to provide assistance through a contact center, which will be attended by local engineers to provide remote support and troubleshooting.
