REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR SERVICENOW

MetroPlus Health Plan, Inc. is seeking bids for the licensing of ServiceNow products, which will be used as the system of record for all IT Service Management transactions. The successful bidder will be required to provide prices for the products and associated part numbers listed in Exhibit A. The contract term will be for 3 years, with payment terms of net 90 days per annual coverage period. The evaluation criteria will be based on cost (90%) and MWBE utilization plan or MWBE status (10%). • The bidder must meet the minimum criteria, including being a ServiceNow authorized reseller and having an MWBE utilization plan or being a certified MWBE. • The bidder must submit a bid package, including a cover sheet, table of contents, and bid proposal, along with other required documents. • The bidder must comply with MetroPlusHealth's standard terms and conditions, which are mandatory and non-negotiable. • The bidder must ensure that all communications regarding this RFB are directed solely to the person set forth on the first page of this RFB.
