Honeywell Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS)

The Joint Electromagnetic Warfare Center at Joint Base San Antonio requires the installation of an Access Control System (ACS) and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) inclusive of a Video Management Server with cameras (VMS). The contractor shall provide all equipment and tools necessary to provide and install a Honeywell Vindicator IDS and ACS to secure multiple rooms at JBSA Lackland-Kelly Annex Bldg. 1003. Key considerations include: • Meeting the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work • Providing a technical approach to ensure the technical data meets the needs of the solicitation • Including past performance information as per the instructions in RFO 52.212-1 • Registering in SAM.gov under the assigned NAICS code as a small business • Having no negative reports in their CPARS
