NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES, ON-CALL TYPE CRITICAL MAINTENANCE AND ALTERATION PROJECTS
