ITB 4584 - Custodial Services - Landfill Offices

The City of Midland is seeking bids for custodial services for multiple office buildings at the Landfill. The contract will be awarded to the successful vendor who provides the best pricing for the services, according to the attached specifications and standard instructions. The services will include providing pricing for custodial services for the office buildings. A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held on December 4, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the City of Midland Landfill Gatehouse. • The bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as “BID 4584 – CUSTODIAL SERVICES – LANDFILL OFFICES”. • Bid submission can be delivered or mailed ATTN: Purchasing to City of Midland, Office of the City Clerk, 333 W. Ellsworth Street, Midland, MI 48640. • A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid will be required with each bid. • The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to award in the best interests of the City of Midland.
