Description
The Cincinnati Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) in Ft. Thomas, KY, is seeking a contractor to provide a detailed roof inspection report with an executive summary, infrared moisture survey, and annotated roof plans with areas of concern. The report should also include an assessment of the roof decking and structural framing, as well as recommendations for repairs or replacement. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to complete the work. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the total period of performance shall not exceed three months.
