Demolition, Landscaping, Carpentry, and Cleanup Services

The City of South Fulton, GA is seeking a qualified firm to provide demolition, landscaping, carpentry, and cleanup services. The selected firm will be responsible for performing these services as outlined in the scope of work. The contract will be for a period of 90 calendar days from the bid submission deadline, and the city reserves the right to cancel the RFP at any time. The city is looking for a firm with experience in demolition, landscaping, carpentry, and cleanup services, and the ability to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The firm must have a valid business license and be authorized to do business in the state of Georgia. • The firm must have a Georgia General Contractor's License. • The firm must have experience in demolition, landscaping, carpentry, and cleanup services. • The firm must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The firm must be able to provide proof of insurance and bonding. • The firm must be able to provide references and undergo a background check.
