Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is seeking bids for the provision of various meat and cheese products, including chicken leg quarters, raw pollock filet, pork smoked sausage, bacon, salami, and more. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the products to the Wakefield location.
• The products must meet specific requirements, such as processed dates, packaging, and nutritional content.
• The bidder must provide pricing, including delivery costs, and specify the number of pieces per case, pounds per case, and delivery days after receipt of order.
• The contract may be extended for 2 additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions.
• The State of Louisiana reserves the right to reject any and all vendors who cannot make delivery on or before Thursday, June 4, 2026.
