Description
The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids for a purchase order to establish a Cisco Smartnet licensing renewal. The contract will be for the Clerk's Office, located at 375 South High Street, 16th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215. The renewal will provide support and maintenance services by Cisco, with a start date of January 1, 2026, and an end date of December 31, 2026.
The scope of work includes two lines of service:
• Line 10: Solution Support 8X5XNBD for 18 Cisco Catalyst 3650 24 devices, with specific serial numbers listed.
• Line 20: CON-SNT-WSC3652S on Cisco Catalyst 3650 24 Port PoE 4x1G Uplink IP Base for 2 devices, with specific serial numbers listed.
All shipping and handling costs must be included in the total bid amount, and the repair or maintenance must include all costs associated with the service/labor, travel expenses, and parts for the term of the contract.
