Description
The Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for Facilities, Maintenance, and Transportation supplies, equipment, and services. The estimated annual contract value is $4,132,721. The contract term is from May 1st, 2026, to April 30th, 2027, with the option to extend for up to four additional one-year periods. The district is seeking vendors to provide a wide range of products and services, including automotive equipment, cameras, electrical tools, fencing, flooring, HVAC, irrigation, landscaping, painting, plumbing, roofing, and welding.
• The district has 19 elementary schools, 7 middle schools, and 4 high schools that will need to be serviced.
• The contract includes services and items subject to maximum purchasing limits established by CH Legal and BISD Board Policy.
• The district reserves the right to award the contract to a single proposer, multiple proposers, or in any combination it determines to be in the best interest of the district.
• Proposers must submit their responses through the e-bid system or in paper form to the Purchasing Department prior to the due date and time.
• Late proposals will not be accepted, and no verbal, telephonic, electronic mail, or faxed responses will be considered.
