Description
The City of Atlanta is seeking a qualified contractor to provide specialized mowing, vegetation control, and clearing services at designated City-owned properties, including landfills and airports. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining well-manicured slopes, ensuring proper drainage, removing dense vegetation, and mitigating wildlife hazards. The contract will be for a three-year base term with two one-year renewal options.
• The contractor must have experience with comparable steep-slope and controlled access sites.
• The contractor must provide all required personal protective equipment, safety signage, and protective materials.
• The contractor must submit routine progress reports to the designated airport or landfill authority.
• The contractor must apply vegetation control treatments only on designated areas and strictly subject to prior written approval by the landfill authority.
