ABAC – Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) provider for Microsoft Teams Phones

The State of Georgia is seeking a qualified supplier to provide Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) services for Microsoft Teams Phones. The supplier will be required to provide a comprehensive solution that includes unlimited calling, enterprise-grade SMS and MMS functionality, fax capability, auto-attendant, call queue, ring groups, and white glove implementation. The contract term is for one year with five optional one-year renewals. The State Entity is looking for a supplier that can provide a reliable, secure, and scalable solution that meets the needs of the Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. • The supplier must provide a detailed description of their solution, including pricing and technical specifications. • The supplier must have experience in providing similar services to large organizations. • The supplier must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services on time and within budget. • The supplier must be able to provide 24/7 support and maintenance services. • The supplier must be able to provide training and documentation to the State Entity's staff.
