Consulting Services For Housing and Community Development

Mecklenburg County is seeking a consultant to assist in establishing a new Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) to strengthen coordination, improve operational alignment, and enhance the delivery of housing and community development initiatives across the organization. The selected consultant will provide comprehensive organizational development, strategic planning, operational readiness, and implementation support services. The scope of work includes reviewing and validating existing county assessments, developing recommendations for department structure and leadership, staffing and operational alignment, strategic planning, and implementation.
