Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors for the purchase and delivery of barcode scanners for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) in Little Rock, AR. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to deliver bar code scanners to the specified location. The procurement includes a Brand Name or Equal component, and the contractor must provide sufficient descriptive literature to demonstrate compliance with all salient characteristics listed in the solicitation. The period of performance is 30 days.
• The contractor must provide 16 corded and 13 cordless ultra-rugged barcode scanners.
• The scanners must be compatible with the CensiTrac software system.
• The contractor must deliver the scanners to the specified location in North Little Rock, AR.
• The contractor must provide all necessary labor, tools, and equipment for delivery and installation.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable records management laws and regulations.
