Janitorial Services at the FWWIC

The City of Philadelphia Water Department is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at the Fairmount Water Works Interpretive Center. The contract term is 12 months with the option to renew for up to 3 additional years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and supplies, and for performing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks. The contractor must also provide a laborer/janitor who will perform all janitorial services in a manner satisfactory to the City. • The contractor must have experience in providing janitorial services to similar facilities. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and supplies. • The contractor must be able to perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks. • The contractor must be able to provide a laborer/janitor who will perform all janitorial services in a manner satisfactory to the City. • The contractor must be able to work independently and as part of a team. • The contractor must be able to communicate effectively with City staff and visitors.
