Power Lane II and GNIN Substations

The Greenville Electric Utility System (GEUS) is seeking qualified firms to design, furnish, deliver, and construct the Power Lane II Switchyard and modify the GNIN Switchyard in Greenville, Texas. The scope includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for construction, with GEUS providing certain listed items. Exclusions are testing and commissioning, which will be handled in a separate bid. The contractor will manage fiber terminations (except splice boxes), temporary job‑site power installation, control‑cable terminations, and material transport/unloading. Coordination for outages and live‑switchyard work is required. A non‑mandatory pre‑bid meeting and site visit are scheduled, and questions must be submitted by 31 August 2026.
