The Town of Knightdale is seeking a qualified firm to develop a site master plan for Croom Park, which will incorporate the Town's future Community Center. The selected firm will be responsible for creating a unique and environmentally sensitive design that meets the needs of the community. The project will involve a phased approach, with the first phase focusing on the development of the site master plan. The firm will be required to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that includes information on their experience, qualifications, and approach to the project.
