Service Agreement for Q Guidance Spinal Navigation

Stony Brook University Hospital is seeking a vendor for the Stryker Q Guidance Spinal Navigation System. The vendor must be able to cover the following: ☒ Monday – Friday • 7:00am-4:00pm Equipment supported: ☒ Q Guidance, and associated navigation instrumentation ☒ Airo Mobile CT Operating Room (OR) - In-room support: · Loading any pre-operative images required for cases into the navigation systems · Assistance with any pre-operative surgical planning · Assistance setting up the Stryker navigation & imaging equipment · Instruction to OR personnel and surgeons on proper use of the Stryker navigation & imaging equipment · Assistance with workflow and Stryker navigation & imaging integration with other surgical equipment used in the procedure · Provide advice and troubleshooting recommendations concerning any issues with Stryker navigation & imaging equipment · Other assistance pertaining to setup, breakdown, troubleshooting and general care of Stryker navigation & imaging equipment Facilitate Stryker equipment and instrumentation repair process · Call in necessary equipment components for repair/replacement to Stryker and manage ProCare repair/replacement process with Stryker customer service for covered equipment · Remove broken/damaged equipment from circulation · Help monitor equipment inventory required for anticipated case volume · Help monitor disposable inventory required for anticipated case volume Education · Provide in-servicing on Stryker navigation & imaging equipment functionality and troubleshooting to surgeons, residents, OR staff, radiology staff, & SPD The vendor must provide proof of Certification/Authorization from Styker to provide this service.
