On-Airport In-Terminal Ground Transportation Services

Montrose Regional Airport is seeking sealed proposals from qualified ground transportation firms to provide on-airport in-terminal ground transportation services. The County intends to award two contracts, each for the non-exclusive right to operate on-airport in-terminal concessions for a contract period of three years. The selected firms will provide safe, convenient, and enhanced quality and value to customers. The proposer with the highest ranking will be recommended for award of their first choice of space, followed by the second highest proposer. • The contract period will be from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2028. • The County will provide counter/office space, passenger loading and unloading areas, and other amenities. • The proposer must have at least three years of experience in providing ground transportation services and revenues of at least $250,000 per year for the past two years. • The proposer must provide a minimum annual guarantee of $25,000 per contract year. • The proposer must provide proof of insurance and a performance bond. • The proposer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Colorado Open Records Act.
