Lawn Care and Landscaping for 911

Luzerne County is seeking proposals from qualified companies for lawn care and landscaping services for Luzerne County 911. The proposed contract term is from May 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The scope of work includes weekly lawn mowing, lawn fertilizations, weeding of planting and stone beds, pruning and trimming of shrubbery, and fall leaf cleanup. The successful responder will be required to provide a performance bond and maintain insurance in accordance with the specifications. • Weekly lawn mowing for 25 visits • 4 visits for lawn fertilizations • 6 visits for weeding of planting and stone beds • 1 visit for pruning and trimming of shrubbery • 1 visit for fall leaf cleanup • Optional services include refresh/replacement of mulch and mid-summer cleanup of landscaping and stone beds
