Description
This solicitation seeks a single‑prime contractor to design‑build and construct a new wastewater grinder‑pump station (Pad 2) for the Falling Branch Phase II project in Montgomery County, VA. The contractor will be responsible for all civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and site‑work components, including the pump station, force main, associated appurtenances, grading, erosion‑control, and required permitting. The contract is awarded on a lump‑sum/unit‑price basis and must be performed by a Virginia‑licensed Class A or B contractor.
• Construct a duplex grinder‑pump station with wet well, valve vaults, and control enclosure.
