Description
The Jones County School District is seeking bids for paper goods for use in the School Nutrition Program. The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and terminate on June 30, 2027. The selected vendor will be required to provide products in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions, Special Terms and Conditions, and the IFB.
• The SFA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any part of a bid without accepting the whole thereof.
• The SFA will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder(s) meeting all terms, conditions, and specifications of the IFB.
• The contract may be extended up to three months at the same bid pricing, provided mutual agreement by both parties in written form.
• The contract may be renewed by mutual agreement of both parties in written form.
