Description
The City of Boston is seeking proposals for a qualified contractor to provide reliable, sanitary, and environmentally sound solid waste and recycling collection services for Boston Public Schools. The contract term will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. The contractor will be responsible for providing collection services that support school operations and City sustainability goals.
• The contractor must be able to provide a comprehensive plan for solid waste and recycling collection services.
• The contractor must be able to demonstrate experience in providing similar services to large institutions.
• The contractor must be able to provide a detailed plan for ensuring the safety and security of the collection process.
• The contractor must be able to demonstrate compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must be able to provide a detailed plan for ensuring the environmental sustainability of the collection process.
