Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for Wyoming Liquor Division Warehouse Exterior Renovation & Mechanical Replacement - Cheyenne, WY

The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Wyoming Liquor Warehouse Exterior Renovation and Mechanical Replacement project. The project includes exterior renovation and mechanical replacement of the existing Liquor Warehouse Building, replacement of the existing roof, and minor interior renovations for ADA and security purposes. The CMAR will be responsible for preconstruction, construction management, and post-construction management services. • The CMAR must be licensed in the State of Wyoming and have experience working with the CMAR delivery method. • The CMAR must demonstrate ability to coordinate overall direction of the work, monitor progress of subcontractors and vendors, and ensure excellent work is performed in a timely and safe manner. • The CMAR must provide a project schedule, budget, and quality control plan. • The CMAR must have experience working on occupied building sites and renovation projects. • The CMAR must be able to commit personnel and resources to the project.
