Description
The North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking bids for janitorial services for the Eaddy Agronomic Building. The contract will require the vendor to provide general cleaning services, including daily and weekly tasks, for the building. The vendor will be required to provide labor, equipment, and supplies to complete all requirements. The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms.
Key tasks and deliverables include:
* Daily cleaning of offices, labs, rest rooms, and common areas
* Weekly cleaning of high and low surfaces, walls, and woodwork
* Emptying trash cans and replacing liners
* Cleaning water fountains and windows
* Sweeping and mopping floors
* Cleaning rest rooms and replenishing supplies
* Providing equipment and supplies necessary for performing the work
* Submitting invoices and participating in post-award business review meetings
