Description
The Hacienda La Puente Unified School District is seeking qualified contractors to replace and upgrade the heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning (HVAC) systems serving its district administration offices located at 15959 E Gale Ave., City of Industry, CA. The scope includes removal of existing rooftop units, installation of new packaged rooftop units, associated ductwork, roof curbs, electrical and plumbing connections, interior ceiling demolition and replacement, and coordination of lighting upgrades. The project must be performed in two interior phases to maintain office swing space, protect existing furnishings, and meet California Title 24, CBC, and prevailing‑wage requirements. All bidders must attend the mandatory pre‑bid job‑walk on April 22, 2026 and submit sealed bids by May 29, 2026.
• Replace existing HVAC equipment with new packaged rooftop units and complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing integration.
