The Purchasing Cooperative of America (PCA) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Books and Educational Materials on behalf of PCA Awarding Agency and current and future PCA Members. The RFP is for the provision of books and educational materials, and all proposals must be submitted by the deadline of Tuesday, May 5th, 2026, at 11 a.m. CT. The proposal calendar includes an optional pre-proposal meeting, a deadline for questions, and an anticipated notification of contract award/non-award in July 2026.
