RFP 26-05 Scale Maintenance and Support Services

Rivanna Solid Waste Authority is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive services for its scale assets, including procurement, routine maintenance, repairs, calibration, certification, and ongoing technical support. Work will be performed on‑site at the Ivy Solid Waste & Recycling Center in Charlottesville, Virginia, and may extend to any future scales the Authority acquires. The contract will cover both hardware and software components of the measurement and display systems. • Provide preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and calibration for existing and future scales. • Supply spare parts, replacement hardware, and software updates as needed. • Offer technical support, training, and certification services for Authority staff. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal measurement regulations. • Deliver all services at the Ivy Solid Waste & Recycling Center location.
