Description
The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is seeking a contractor to provide a Commercial Business Line (CBL) T-1 data service at 1.544 MB in Hawaii. The service will be used to connect two points, SP A and SP B, with a possible third point, SP C, for informational purposes only. The contractor will be responsible for providing and installing a Channel Service Unit/Data Service Unit (CSU/DSU) at each location. The service date is September 25, 2025, or sooner if possible.
• The contractor must comply with all technical aspects of the solicitation and provide a quote that includes sufficient detail for effective evaluation.
• The contractor must provide a convincing rationale to show that they intend to meet the requirements.
• The contractor must submit a notice of completion within 30 days of completing the work.
• The contractor must register for access to the Integrated Defense Enterprise Acquisition System (IDEAS) and provide the required information.
• The contractor must comply with the DITCO Additional Telecommunications Text provisions, including those related to payment, invoicing, and outage reporting.
