Substation Design Handbook

The Board of Water and Light (BWL) is seeking a proposal for the development of a Substation Design Handbook. The proposal should include all cost provisions of the complete Scope of Work and all requirements under the RFP. The BWL will evaluate the proposals based on factors such as responsiveness, price, time of completion, exceptions to the Proposal Documents, financial stability, and recent and past experience. The BWL reserves the right to enter into private negotiations with the selected BIDDER and to reject any Proposal. Key points to consider: • The proposal must be prepared in full accordance with the Proposal Documents • The proposal price must include all cost provisions of the complete Scope of Work • The BWL will not furnish any labor, facilities, services, utilities, materials, equipment, or supplies unless specifically stated in the Proposal Documents • The BIDDER shall assess and determine the availability of necessary labor and the prevailing wages applicable to that workforce • The BIDDER shall assess and determine the availability of materials and equipment necessary to fulfill the contract in a complete and timely manner
