Description
The West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DCR) is soliciting bids for a contract to provide preventative maintenance, inspections, corrective maintenance, repairs, replacement parts, and installation of new devices and equipment for kitchen equipment at the Pruntytown Correctional Center and Jail. The contract is open-ended, and the successful bidder will be required to provide services at the facility located at 2006 Trap Springs Road, Grafton, WV 26354. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing preventative maintenance and inspections
• Performing corrective maintenance and repairs
• Replacing parts and installing new equipment
• Maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment at the facility
The bidder must submit their offer by 10:30 AM E.S.T. on February 19, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM E.S.T.
