Description
The North Carolina Department of State Treasurer is seeking a qualified vendor to provide mail presort services. The vendor will be responsible for picking up mail once a day, Monday through Friday, at the department's location, sorting mail by zip code, adding additional postage as needed, and providing secure transportation to a United States Postal Service office for same-day mailing. The department estimates around 80,000 pieces of mail per month. The contract term will be for three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms.
